Temperatures will drop below normal Today with a light freeze expected Saturday morning over the Hill Country and I-35 corridor north of San Antonio. Another cold front moves in on Saturday, bringing another round of cooler air and a hard freeze to areas north of Highway 90 Sunday morning. A quick return of moisture to the region will lead to a low chance for showers beginning Monday night. Much cooler temperatures along with a chance of rain and a wintry mix could be possible for the north half of south-central Texas on Tuesday.

Today: Cooler, sunny. Highs in the mid 50s. North winds 10 to 20 mph.

Tonight: Clear. Lows around 30. Northeast winds 5 to 10 mph.

Saturday: Sunny. Highs in the lower 50s. North winds 10 to 15 mph.

Saturday Night: Clear. Lows in the mid 20s. North winds 5 mph. Lowest wind chill readings 20 to 25 after midnight.

Sunday: Sunny. Highs in the mid 50s. Northeast winds 5 mph shifting to the southeast in the afternoon. Lowest wind chill readings 25 to 30 in the morning.

Sunday Night: Not as cool. Mostly clear. Lows in the upper 30s.

Martin Luther King Jr Day: Mostly cloudy. Highs in the mid 60s.

Monday Night: Cloudy with a 50 percent chance of rain. Lows in the upper 30s.
