Where: All of Southeast Texas
When: Thunderstorms should develop around 900 AM over the west and overspread the region during the day exiting the eastern part of the region between 7 and 9 PM.
Primary Hazards: Damaging winds and tornadoes.
Secondary Hazards: Heavy rain and large hail.
