This week on Lone Star Outdoors Show with Cable Smith, we discuss mental health and red meat with Dr. Georgia Ede MD. Why does our society believe that red meat is responsible for modern day health issues when humans have been eating it since the dawn of time? Dr. Ede breaks down the misconceptions that exist surrounding eating animal protein.
We also spend a couple segments with our friend Greg Pavur who recently had a hospital stay resulting from a crappie fin becoming lodged in the muscle in his leg. How does that even happen? Greg talks about the unfortunate event in detail.
We round out the show by talking bowhunting and broadheads with Elite Archery’s Larry McCoy of Elite Archery and Slick Trick Broadheads.
Join us Saturday Morning at 8, on Texas Thunder Radio.
