Freeze Warnings and Hard Freeze Warnings have been issued for portions of the TTR Listening Area.

Patchy drizzle or freezing drizzle, where temperatures are below 32 degrees, will be possible. Some bridges, elevated objects, or cars may accumulate patches of ice. Surface roads are expected to remain ice free.

THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR DEWITT, FAYETTE, GONZALES, AND LAVACA COUNTIES IN SOUTH-CENTRAL TEXAS:

VERY COLD TEMPERATURES ARE EXPECTED TODAY WITH MOST OF THE HILL COUNTRY COUNTIES REMAINING BELOW FREEZING. THERE WILL BE THE CHANCE OF FREEZING DRIZZLE THIS MORNING WHERE TEMPERATURES ARE BELOW FREEZING, BUT ACCUMULATIONS ON ROADWAYS ARE NOT EXPECTED. Much colder temperatures are in store for the end of the work week through the weekend across south central Texas. Widespread morning freezes along with with morning wind chills in the teens and 20s Saturday and Sunday. A warming trend is expected for early next week.
